What does the department look like? The Agri Division is Koppert’s dedicated division for developing microbiological solutions on the one hand, and developing integrated and farmer focused solutions for outdoor crops on the other hand. Next to the Horti Division, it forms the core of the Koppert group. There is strong interaction between these two divisions as Koppert strives to provide a complete and holistic range of insects, mites, pollination solutions, microbials, biostimulants as well as associated products and technologies for both the Horti and Agri crop segments. We believe we can transform agriculture in the same way we changed horticulture through this unique combination of knowledge and portfolio. Especially for the agriculture (outdoor crop segment) we see a more pivotal role for microbiological solutions and for this reason these are also included in the Agri Division organization. The Agri Division is growing fast and we are searching for a commercial manager to help in achieving our goals for a more sustainable agriculture.
In this position, you are member of the Global Management Team of the Agri Division. You report to the Director Agri and you directly lead a small commercial team of account managers/technical consultants. Functionally you direct the Agri Sales Managers in the EU and North America region.
